U.S. Veteran

Mr. James Wayman Ansley age 51 of Union Springs, AL, passed away Friday, July 20, 2012 in a Montgomery hospital.

Mr. Ansley was born in Fort Eustis, VA, and was raised and went to school in Rock Hill, SC. He had been a resident of Union Springs, AL for the past 4 years, coming from Corpus Christi, TX. He was retired from the U.S. Navy, and was a member of the V.F.W.. Mr. Ansley was of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alisa Fay Ansley of Union Springs, AL; one son, James Aaron Ansley of Corpus Christi, TX; and one brother, Lee Ansley of Rock Hill, SC.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Harris officiating. Interment, with military honors, will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Craver's Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
